“mes petits imagiers sonores”

  • La Nature (mai 2009): on écoute la rivière, l’oiseau, la pluie, la mer et ses mouettes, la chouette;
  • Les Animaux (fév 2010): on découvre le chat, le chien, le canari, le lapin, le cochon d’inde (qui le fait rire en éclats) et le poney;

(photos: Gallimard Jeunesse website)

Congratulations to Gallimard Jeunesse books for its collection “mes petits imagiers sonores”. Pretty. Colorful. Instructive. Interactive. Our one-year old boy loves these since his 10 months, et we do too. It’s lots of fun to create your own stories as he plays.

Small books for ages 1-3 that are really sweet and with a single illustration plus a simple sound they make him sing, dance and imitate. This trio was our pick, which he repeatedly enjoys.

  • Nature (May 2009): hear the river, the bird, rain, the sea and seagulls, the owl;
  • Animals (Feb 2010): discover the cat, the dog, the canary, the bunny, the guinea pig (makes him crack up) and the pony;
  • Instruments (June 2012): play the clarinet, the violoncello, the trumpet, the harp, the drums and the electric guitar. A real concert at home.

Highly recommended for little ones.

Tried it. Loved it. Shared it.
