Le Camion qui Fume: most innovative concept 2012

Last winter, I wrote about Paris’ newest fad and one of my all-time favorites: Le Camion qui Fume, a burger truck freshly wheeled in from California.

I would like to dedicate this post to Kristin and her team, in honor of their wining the Palme d’Or at this year’s 18th annual Palmes de la restauration by Leaders Club France. Innovation/creativity, emerging trends, design/atmosphere and business development potential mixed with the mysterious ingredients clearly spell the best burger in town (from food trucks to Palace hotels, I have tested at least twenty hot spots). If you’re traveling through France anytime soon, here is the list of nominees to take along the journey.

Tried it. Loved it. Shared it.
